Yoga Techniques - The Key In Yoga Meditation Techniques

The main key to yoga techniques is just to keep the five elements balanced when practicing yoga because once you have combined and kept the five elements balanced, you are guaranteed to manifest stability, adaptability, grace, radiance, and directness. Only then that when you have applied balance or the right amount of presence on the five elements or “drushti”, “bandha”, “vinyasa”, “asana”, and “pranayama” lead to its fruition.

If you have already manifested stability, adaptability, grace, radiance, and directness, those qualities would automatically mature or grow in you and would then allow you to let go more and more of the structures within that has been hidden inside yourself and your true potential will emerge.
